To use this portal you must have provided an email address to the VMC. If you have not provided an email address please contact the small or large animal clinics to have your email added to the system.
Please enter in your EMAIL. Then Click on the SET UP/FORGOT PASSWORD link. This will email you a temporary password. Once you logon using your temporary password you will be required to change your password.
